The Hav Experience - Personal Shopping Service
The personal shopping service (The HAV Experience) is designed for those who want a completely unique gift. Here’s how it works:
- You describe the gift you’re looking for, including any special requests (e.g., hard-to-find items, specific themes, clothes haul for vacation, designer items).
- We will work with your budget. Keep in mind that there will be a fee for this service.
- We source the item(s) for you and assemble the package.
- Once approved, the gift is delivered.
Once you select that option package, you’ll fill out a short quiz about the recipient’s preferences, and your needs. We may also schedule a consultation to ensure we design the perfect gift.
The timeline depends on the complexity of the request. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe during the initial consultation.
Customization Questions
Yes! Use the “Without Consultation” customization option to select items from various categories and combine them into one box.
Unfortunately, customized orders are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the products. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll try our best work with you to resolve it.

- Mini: Contains 1–3 small items.
